Delete your account
You can delete your Bida Nào account at any time. This page explains what deletion removes, what remains, and the two ways to do it.
The fastest way: in the app
Open the app, go to Account, and choose Delete account. After you confirm, your account is deleted immediately.
No longer have the app?
Fill in the form below with the email address you signed up with. We will reply to that address to confirm the request really comes from you, then delete the account. Requests are processed within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your account and your personal data: your sign-in, display name, email address, mobile number, gender if you set it, notification tokens, and your place in any queue or booking.
What remains, and why
Matches you played with other people remain, with your name removed — they are also part of the other players’ records.
If a venue has blocked an account for repeated no-shows, that record can outlive the account, so that the block cannot be avoided simply by signing up again.
