In the app
Go to Account → Get help or report an issue. Common questions are answered right there, and anything you send reaches us directly — you’ll see our reply in the same place, and in your notifications.
By email
Write to support@bidanao.app about anything — the app, your account, your data, or a venue. We aim to reply within two working days.
