Refund & cancellation policy

Every new hall gets 30 days of the full dashboard free, with no payment method on file. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not add a payment method by the end of it, the dashboard tools pause and your free directory listing stays. There is nothing to refund, because nothing was paid.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and then stops; you are not charged again. We do not refund the remaining days of a month that has started.

An annual plan is one upfront payment covering twelve months at a discount, and it is non-refundable once paid. This is stated again at checkout before you confirm. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of its twelve months and does not renew.

Adding a table changes your price from that day: you see the new total, confirm it, and pay the difference for the rest of the current cycle. That charge is not refundable if you later remove the table.

Removing a table never reduces a charge you have already paid. The lower price applies from your next renewal, which is always quoted on the tables registered that day.

If you pay by PayNow, we send a payment link each cycle. You have seven days to pay, with reminders on day three and day six. If the link is unpaid after seven days the dashboard tools pause; paying restores them straight away. An unpaid link is simply a plan that has stopped, and nothing is owed for the paused period.

Your free directory listing, your public page, live availability, your data and your history all stay. You can subscribe again at any time without setting up from scratch.

An event fee is charged when registration closes and the bracket is drawn, based on the number of players in that bracket. If you cancel the event before it starts, the fee is refunded in full. Once play has started there is no refund, and players who do not turn up do not change the fee. Every bracket is priced on its own.

Players pay nothing to us. The optional Pro tier is bought inside the app and billed by Apple or Google under their own refund rules; requests for those go to the App Store or Google Play, not to us.

If you believe you were charged in error or twice, email us within 30 days with the receipt and we will put it right. Refunds go back to the method that paid and usually arrive within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

Cancel from your dashboard under Settings → Billing, or email support@bidanao.app from the address on your account. We reply within one working day.
