Terms of use

Bida Nào connects players with cue-sports venues. You can see which venues have tables free, join a venue’s waiting list, book a table where the venue allows it, and score your own matches.

We are not the venue. Tables, queue places and bookings belong to the venue you choose. Venues set their own prices, opening hours, house rules and booking policies, and they decide who they serve. We pass your request to them and show you what they tell us.

You need an account to join a queue or book a table. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.

One account per person. Accounts are tied to a verified mobile number, and a number can only belong to one account. Please don’t create additional accounts — particularly to get around a venue’s decision about you.

You must be old enough to enter the venues you book, under their rules and the law.

A queue place or booking is a request to the venue. Venues may call you, seat you, cancel, or close early — for example if a table breaks or they close for a private event. We show you what happened but we don’t control it.

If you don’t turn up, a venue may record a no-show. A venue can also decide to stop taking your bookings or queue requests. Those are the venue’s decisions to make, and we don’t arbitrate them — if you think a venue got it wrong, speak to the venue.

Match scores are entered by players, and your BidaRate is calculated from the frames recorded against your account.

Please score honestly. Deliberately entering false results — to inflate a rating or deflate someone else’s — is a misuse of the service, and we may reset a rating or close an account over it. Ratings are provided as they are, for interest; they are not a guarantee of anything.

Please don’t:

impersonate anyone; harass other players or venue staff; make bookings you have no intention of using, or hold queue places you don’t want; try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things, and venues may block an account from their own venue independently of us.

As a player you pay nothing to us. Table time is paid to the venue directly, as it always has been. The optional Pro tier inside the app is billed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Venues that subscribe to the dashboard, and organisers who pay an event fee, do so at the prices on our pricing page and under our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times; we will tell subscribers about anything significant.

You keep whatever you submit — your display name, match scores, support messages. You give us permission to store and use it to run the service, such as showing your display name to a venue whose queue you’ve joined.

What we do with personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen, and that removes your personal data as described in the privacy notice.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. A record that a venue has blocked a number can outlive the account, so that a block can’t be avoided by signing up again.

We work to keep Bida Nào accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. In particular, table availability and queue positions are what venues tell us at the time, and things move quickly on a busy floor.

We are not responsible for what happens at a venue, for a venue’s decisions, or for a wasted trip. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Singapore law that can’t be limited.

If we change these terms we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and announce anything significant in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
